     3.      Proof of Payment (2 copies)


     * Laptops and valuables are not encouraged to bring.
     * Bed sheets, blankets and pillows will be provided by the hostel.
     * Irons will be provided by the hostel.
     * Hot water can be obtained from the water dispensers.
     * Two MASC 2014 T-Shirts will be provided.


We will be residing at the Third Residential College, UNIVERSITY MALAYA.

Please kindly send in your resume

After submitting your registration form and making payment, now you are officially the participant of MASC 2014!!!


However, please take note that all participants are required to send in your resume to masc2014publicity@gmail.com with the subject title - " MASC 2014 - Your full name as shown in IC ". (eg: MASC 2014 - xxxxxxxx) before 31 January 2014.

Here's a Sample of Resume for your reference. Please take note that it's only for reference and you need not follow the sample given fully. Resumes in any standard formats are acceptable.

The resume is for the perusal of our sponsors and partners. The organizing committees will keep your resume confidential. 

Those of you who manage to send in the resume before the deadline (31/1/2014), stand a chance to get an additional entry in the LUCKY DRAW session during the Oscars Night Convention Dinner.

Rules and Regulation

Rules and Regulations of MASC 2014


1. Participants have to fully attend MASC 2014 which lasts for 4 days 3 nights.
2. Participants are requested to cooperate with the MASC committee.
3. Participants are required to be punctual for every activity.
4. Participants are required to be disciplined and behave in an appropriate manner.
5. Participants are required to wear appropriate attire.
6. Safety first.

7. It is compulsory to stay in the accommodation provided.
8. Participants are not encouraged to bring own transport as transportation will be arranged by MASC 2014 committee. If participants do bring own transportation, it will be at your own risk, as MASC will not be held responsible for any damage.
9. Participants are requested to take part in every activity carried out during MASC unless for special  reasons.
10. MASC will not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
11. Do speak in English throughout the event.
12. Participants are not allowed to leave University of Malaya during MASC 2014 without permission.

13. Should any emergencies arise and you have to leave University of Malaya, please inform MASC 2014  Publicity team (Natelie Saw 012-5205938) (Lee Jian Jie 012-5612182).
14. The decisions of MASC 2014 committee are final.
15. Lastly, participate actively and have FUN!

MASC 2014 Photo Contest

MASC 2014 Photo Talent Contest 

Grab the opportunity to take part in MASC 2014 Photo Talent Contest! Show us your talent and creativity!















3 criteria that must be fulfilled:

1. The words ,‘MASC 2014’ in the photo.
2. Unique caption regarding MASC along with the photo.
3. MASC 2014’s theme colour- BLUE colour.




Rules:
1It is an individual basis contest.
2. The caption in the photo cannot be repeated.
3. No repetition of photos allowed. (Participants are encouraged to be original and not
    copy others photos.)

4. Photos must not be offensive nor related to any sensitive issues.
5. Inappropriate signs or gestures in the photo are not allowed.
6. This contest is opened to participants of MASC 2014 only.
7. Those who fail to comply with the rules and criteria will be disqualified.

Terms & Conditions:

1.  Only registered participants of MASC 2014 are qualified to take part in this contest.
2.  Participants are encouraged to use their own creativity to fulfil the 3 CRITERIA in the
     photo.

3.  Participants have to send their photos to our email address (masc2014publicity@gmail) and the MASC team will upload the photo if it fulfils the 3 criteria and all terms and conditions.
4.  Photo that is sent must include participant’s FULL NAME and NAME OF UNIVERSITY.
5.  The winner of the contest will receive prizes during the event day.
6.  The date of contest is valid only up to 9 February 2014.
7.  All of the calculations made in deciding the winner will only be based on the MASC
    2014 Facebook Page and the public are required to
LIKE the MASC 2014 Facebook
    page before liking or sharing the photo.



Determination of winner:
The winner will be determined by the highest points. (3 winners)
  • 2 points for each SHARE will be given to participants only if it is shared through the MASC 2014 Facebook page.
  • 1 point for each LIKE will be given to participants only if it is liked in the MASC 2014 Facebook page.

Important dates:

Duration of Contest: 17 January 2014 – 9 February 2014
Deadline for  “SHARES” and “LIKES”: 9 Feb 2014
