Puan Hamidah Naziadin
Hamidah Naziadin is Head of Group Corporate
Resources, CIMB Group, and also its Group Chief People Officer. Hamidah grew
the human resource management function in CIMB from support to a strategic
business function, even as the organisation grew from a boutique investment
bank into an ASEAN universal banker.
Under her stewardship, CIMB developed innovative recruitment programmes for fresh graduates such as The Complete BankerTM and CIMB Fusion, competitive compensation & benefits packages, and a strong learning and talent development framework – all of which help to ensure a strong and sustainable talent pipeline for CIMB.
Hamidah also takes care of Administration & Property Management, Sports & Recreation, and Corporate Responsibility. She sits on the Board of CIMB Niaga.
CIMB recently won the Best Internship Experience under Malaysia’s 100 Leading Employers Award 2013. The CIMB ASEAN Stock Challenge that was developed under Hamidah’s leadership was also judged the Best Innovation on Campus.
