Tan Theng Hooi is the Country Managing Partner and has more than 35 years of experience in the public accounting practice with Deloitte. His extensive experience encompasses auditing, tax, business and financial advisory services. He has served various multinational and local companies and acted as an adviser in corporate governance and listing of  companies on the Malaysian Stock Exchange. He has provided business advisory services and led merger and acquisition deals to clients locally and in the region. Theng Hooi is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Fellow of CPA Australia. He is an EXCO and council member of The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
