  • After submitting your registration form, kindly proceed to registration payment (RM60) via cash deposit machine or online banking BEFORE 16 December 2013.

     *Strictly no short forms on wording in the message. 
     
  • A confirmation mail will be sent within 5 days once payment has been received.
  •  In case you do not receive the confirmation email after your payment within 5 days, kindly drop us an email via masc2014publicity@gmail.com
  • The DEADLINE for payment is on 16 December 2013.
  • FAILURE to make payment BEFORE 16 December 2013 will result in loss of securing a place.
  •  Do capture a picture of the payment slip as a proof for backup purposes.


Procedures of keeping the payment slip if online banking users
  •  After you have completed the fund transferring process, a payment receipt showing “Successful” or “Accepted for processing” will appears.
  • Click “Print”.
  • Under “Printer name”, choose “Microsoft XPS Document Writer”.
  •  Name the file and select a location to save the file.

 *This method enables you to save the file if you do not have   printer at the moment you make the online payment.

A friendly reminder here:
  • Bring TWO copies of the payment slip on MASC's event day (11 February 2014) for registration purposes.
  •  The two copies will be stamped during registration and MASC committee will keep one copy of the payment slip.
  • Final verification of payment is based on the hard copy of the payment slip received on registration day (11 February 2014). Participants who fail to present the hard copy of the payment slip during registration is assumed to have NOT paid and is required to pay RM60 cash on the event day.
  •  The registration fee (RM60) cannot be refunded for any reasons.
  •  For online banking, you are required to print at least TWO copies of payment slip to be presented during registration on event day.
  • For inter-bank online banking transaction, duration of processing is expected to be at least three working days after the payment.
